Shipping - Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 days. If there are questions or problems with your order Sticks & Strings will contact you via e-mail to resolve.Policies- Returns on Regular priced merchandise within 14 days of receipt will be refunded via Sticks & Strings Gift Card to be used on future orders.
NO Refunds on Sale/Clearance merchandise, books, patterns and needles.
